Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Capers Minced
- 1 Each Cornichon Minced
- 1 or 2 Each Anchovies Minced
- 1 Each Shallot Minced
- 1 Tsp Chives (Fresh) Minced
- 2 Tsp Parsley (Fresh) Minced
- Salt To Taste
- White Pepper Freshly Ground
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayo, capers, cornichon, anchovies, shallot, chives, and parsley until well blended. Season with salt and white pepperto taste.
Notes
For people like me, who have no idea what a cornichon is - it is a gherkin pickle.
