  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Capers Minced
  • 1 Each Cornichon Minced
  • 1 or 2 Each Anchovies Minced
  • 1 Each Shallot Minced
  • 1 Tsp Chives (Fresh) Minced
  • 2 Tsp Parsley (Fresh) Minced
  • Salt To Taste
  • White Pepper Freshly Ground


  • In a bowl, combine mayo, capers, cornichon, anchovies, shallot, chives, and parsley until well blended. Season with salt and white pepperto taste.


For people like me, who have no idea what a cornichon is - it is a gherkin pickle.
