Remoulade

My favorite remoulade recipe!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Capers (Minced)
  • 1 Each Cornichon (Minced)
  • 1 or 2 Each Anchovies (Minced)
  • 1 Each Shallot (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp Chives (Fresh) (Minced)
  • 2 Tsp Parsley (Fresh) (Minced)
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • White Pepper (Freshly Ground)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayo, capers, cornichon, anchovies, shallot, chives, and parsley until well blended. Season with salt and white pepperto taste.

Notes

For people like me, who have no idea what a cornichon is – it is a gherkin pickle.
